We will happily accept returns purchases from lizzielizcollections.com in their original condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned undamaged. You have 14 DAYS from your date of delivery to qualify for a full refund. All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.

Lizzieliz Collections reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense.

Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation that your return has qualified for a refund and that a refund has been issued.
