Exciting! Now you placed your order, what happens next?

It takes 3 - 5 business days to process the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number for you to track.  

Your item can take 3 weeks for arrival from shipment date. Please note that there may be shipping delays that is out of our control. Be patient it's on its way.

We will happily accept returned purchases from in their original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, and undamaged. You have 7 DAYS from your date of delivery to qualify for a full refund. All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.

Lizzieliz Collections reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense.

Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation that your return has qualified for a refund and that a refund has been issued.

Send an email to that includes your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reason for return. We will email you a confirmation with our return shipping address and further instructions.

Customs and Duties: No duties or custom fees will be charged to the customer on North American orders. Lizzieliz is not responsible for customs or duty charges incurred on international orders. Unfortunately, these costs are out of our control. Please check with your applicable country’s rates. Please note, delays at customs may hold up your order’s transit time.
